Hi, I'm Joshua Wilson — a data analyst with a background in mathematics, a commercial mindset, and a passion for transforming raw data into clear, actionable insights.

After completing my BSc in Mathematics with Statistics from Newcastle University, I began my career in sales and operations, where I developed a strong appreciation for data-driven decision-making. This real-world experience shaped how I approach analytics: always focused on delivering business value, not just numbers.

Over time, I formally upskilled through a Data Science certification, gaining proficiency in tools like Python, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and R. Today, I use those tools to build clean data pipelines, extract meaningful trends, and create interactive dashboards that drive smarter decisions.

This portfolio showcases my project work across reporting, data cleaning, and visual analytics — including end-to-end solutions using Python, SQL, and BI platforms. I enjoy working with stakeholders to understand what matters most and deliver reporting that helps them act with clarity.
